iGrill Does It Low And Slow

The iGrill is a Bluetooth-enabled wireless cooking thermometer which
works with your iPhone or iPad. Stick the sensor in your meat, and sync
the base station with your iGadget of choice, and you can monitor your
food from up to 200 feet away.
The free iOS app allows users to browse recipes, set timers, and monitor
multiple probes. Future models will also measure ambient temperature, in
case you want to know the temp of both your oven and your food.
I recently got an electric smoker, and the iGrill could be hugely useful
tool for cooking with low heat. Opening up the smoker lets out heat and
smoke, so a wireless thermometer could save the day –especially if I can
check the temperature of my BBQ without getting up from the couch.
